The Winged Away course is a digital product. Nothing is shipped, and no physical goods are sent at any time.
Delivery is by email to the address you enter at checkout. Your receipt arrives immediately from our payment provider. Your private access link is sent separately, within one business day of the payment clearing — in practice usually within a few hours.
The access link does not expire. You can return to the course page as often as you like, from any device.
An internet connection and a modern browser. Videos stream in the browser and are not downloadable. Pattern files download as PDFs and can be printed on ordinary A4 paper.
Check your spam or junk folder first — automated receipts are sometimes filed there. If your access link has not arrived within one business day, write to support@wingedaway.com from the address you used at checkout, and we will resend it. We answer every message within one business day.
If we cannot deliver your access at all, you are refunded in full. See our refund policy.
Access is for one buyer. The course pages and pattern files are not to be shared, resold or republished. Wings you build from the course are yours — you may use them in performance and sell them as finished objects.
