This notice explains what we do with your personal data when you buy the Winged Away course.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Name and email address — entered at checkout, needed to deliver your access and your receipt.
• Country and billing details — collected by our payment provider to calculate the correct sales tax.
• Payment details — entered on the payment provider's secure form. We never see or store card data.

Who processes your data

• Hotmart acts as merchant of record for your purchase. It processes your payment, issues your receipt and handles sales tax. Its own privacy policy governs that processing.
• Bunny.net delivers the course videos and logs technical data such as IP address in order to stream them.
• Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services listed above.

Tracking

This website runs no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no third-party cookies. The payment provider sets what it needs to process your payment securely.

Email

Your email address is used to send your access link and to answer your questions. If — and only if — you ticked the marketing box at checkout, we may also send occasional updates about new material. You can unsubscribe at any time, from any message.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@wingedaway.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your data may end your access to the course, since the access is tied to your purchase record.
