These terms govern the sale and use of the Winged Away video course sold at wingedaway.com/course/. By purchasing, you agree to them.
The seller is Dmytro Kulyk, a sole trader based in Ukraine, trading as Winged Away. Payments are processed by Hotmart, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction and issues your receipt.
Course content is created by the maker who designs and builds these wings, and is sold here under a licence agreement with her.
A single one-time payment of $199 USD gives you access to a private course page containing:
Access is delivered by email after payment and does not expire. We aim to send it within one business day.
Your purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course and use its patterns.
You may build wings from this course for yourself, and you may sell wings you build yourself.
You may not share, resell, republish, redistribute or publicly post the videos, the pattern files, or your access link. You may not use the course to run classes or produce a competing course.
All course content remains the property of its author. Course content © Winged Away.
Building these wings involves hot glue, heat guns, cutting tools and wire. You are responsible for working safely and for the finished item. We cannot accept liability for injury or damage arising from following the course.
We work to keep the course page and videos available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If access is broken, write to us and we will restore it.
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
